Default walkera 5G4

Hello to everyone.I would like you to urgently help me, if naturally possible, on how to repair my walkera 5G4 helicopter.
The problem is that one of the gears is not close enough to the motor. The helicopter doens't have enough power to lift.
(maybe a wrong and rapid landing. No apparent damages.
Ijust want to tighten(if possible)that gear to its motor.
The question is:is it possible?
Thanks
JJ
PS It is my first experience and I'm not fond of electrical mechanical stuff .
