180d tuning questions
I have 2 questions about adjustments on the 180d.
First. There are levers that connects to the blade grips, at one end the lever is connected to linkage that attaches to that swatch plate and at the other end the lever is connected to linkage that is attached to the fly ball rod. There are 3 holes in the fly ball end of this link, which hole will give you more controllability?? Mine is currently connected the outside hole that’s the hole farthest away from the pivot point that connects the link to the blade grip. Would either of the other holes give me more forward flight speed?? What’s the down side to moving in toward the pivot point??
Second. There are 2 sets of linkage balls on the swatch plate. One set is connecter through links to the levers described above. Nothing connects to the other set. What are they for??

Ya i always wondered what that was for too. I love my 180d, But remember it is a fixed pitch, which makes it not control like a c.p would. So i wouldnt touch anything like that. youre not gonna get more control out of it an chances are youll mess something up an it wont fly the same lol.
