i just i bought a ys 110. i read on a post, asking about lubing engine before break in. dave responded, a little castor on the cam bearings wouldn't hurt. i ordered "benol" (i think klotz and degummed racing oil? green pint bottle), is this right? by priming the engine, that brings fuel and oil into the crankcase, so, no need to lube before? i will call ys to order the ys oil, to lube the bearings if i plan to not run for a couple weeks at a time.
i have an os 120 III w/pump and 91 fs II w/pump. both of them are at hobby services at this time. they both ran perfectly several months ago (instruction manual only states to use a good quality ARO, harry higley book states to flush the pump w/alcohol), then i go to start both of them. they both would not richen (actually, incredibly lean). i knew it would be the pump. i sent the 120 in (under warranty), they replaced the pump, no change. they have it again, now pump and carb. i say this because, how does this problem correlate to a ys engine, with all it's fancy; airchamber, regulator and pump.

The best thing to do is not worry about it. When you finish running the engine for the day, disconnect it from the tank and run it dry. Do not hook the tank back up to the engine until you are ready to use the engine again.
If you like after run oil, go to www,pspec.com They sell a fully compatible oil for YS engines.
