hello
i just purchased a new zdz80 about 4 weeks ago but when i received the motor it was missing the replacement throttle ball
links for the carb.
can anyone tell me were to get replacements as i have had no luck with rc showcase or the dealer i purchased the motor from.

Dear Evan,
Was the new 80RV set up with the throttle levers? Are you just looking for replacements? Currently we are out of stock on the levers, but do have the plastic snap on ball clevises........

zdz80 throttle arms

thks for the response
the parts i am talking about are the metal replacement ball and swivel arms that you put on the carb.
the plastic ball swivels were also missing in the packaging so i don't even no what size the ball links are.

I purchased the zdz80 from Donnett at action hobbys in
calgary alberta . It was shipped to me Feb 16/03.
I talked to her about the missing parts when i received the
motor and she talked to your people but the only news back
i have received was a e mail from ( i think her name is Andrea)
at RCS saying no stock .

Did you try using an arm from set of steerable nosegear. They should work on the throttle shaft. They come in different sizes. I assume you removed the stock hardware and have just a shaft sticking out. For ball links servo city www.servocity.com has some with 3/16" ball and 4-40 thread if you need ones to replace those included with the engine.
